This is a super-simple plugin which removes support for the additional markdown-style auto formatting which was added in WordPress version 4.3.
Before using this plugin, automatic formatting of headers and lists would occur when using the # symbol, and – or * respectively. With Disable WP Auto Formatting activated, these features will be disabled.
